contacted bryant via aim and bugged him about tanabe products...he remained very patient and very helpful...gave me a lot of advice and options...didnt give me the least amount of pressure to buy even though he was spending hours answering my questions...

he told me to let him know so that i would catch the next shipment from tanabe...i spoke to him the last day to let him know, but something happened and we lost contact...the weekend passed and i was pissed that i missed the shipment...i spoke to bryant again on sun night and it turns out that he ordered it anyways...didnt ask for any deposit or anything...he made sure i got the parts that i didnt even order yet...i placed the order the following day...

bryant hooked it up fat...real fat...none of the top/popular online stores could come close...im about to put another order for a kit and more susp parts just as soon as i fix my windshield...first time ive ever gotten the parts before the invoice...lol...the shipping was quick...got my stuff in a couple of days...then my invoice came...

all in all, an excellent seller...very helpful, patient, etc. not to mention a good person to BS with to make work pass by a lot faster...lol...

these dudes ripped me off for $190 for a bumper i paid for in december 2007 and never received. i have an invoice that was sent to me through their quickbooks program (it says sent via quickbooks) and they told a friend of mine it's not on their records. they don't pick up their phone.. when they do nobody will deal with this issue and say they'll call me back, which of course they don't. fuck bryant tang and trtautotech/techimportz.
