Its dope, late 80's/early 90's IIRC.

They have tons of those kinds of movies in Japan, about drifting and wangan and shit... Midnight Street, etc etc etc.

I have a few on tape, and I have access to all the other via a local Japanese rental store.

try the Freeway Speedway series, can be purchased at Best Buy.. same thing..

Im pretty sure its part of the Freeway Speedway series. The movies are cool if you have nothing to do and bored. Pretty decent entertainment.

I have Battle King on video tape if you want it. Takes place during the introduction of the "new" chuki 180SX. Storyline and acting is really cheesy, late 80s style fashion (tight pants, puffy sweaters.. hahaha) but its cool.

Basically, Good guy in 180SX vs bad guy in S13 Silvia, throw in a girl who likes 180SX good guy and racing on mountain roads and that's the story. It's not part of any series, its a standalone story.
