Does anyone know where I could get some 30mm wider s13 Silvia fenders WITHOUT the stupid ass vent thing (vent thing is right after the wheel. a really lame cut out)? I don't like the way the vents look at all but need wider fenders to clear my 245/45/17 rt615. Yes they are freaken huge.

None that i have found although you could go with some bolt one / rivit on flares

get 245/40/17's

245/45/17's dont belong on a 240sx lol
i've made that mistake before, you'll end looking like you've got a lift kit

Ya I'm curious about seeing if there are any fenders without the vent also. I'd settle for 20mm though, as I dont really need that extra half inch or so.

I like my 245/45/17!!!
if you live in san jose with the crapy road and mess up freeways you'll understand why i wanted the larger sidewalls.
I have seen a few bent rims from the roads in sj.
If I knew how to post pics i'd show you

it wouldnt be that hard to cover the vent with some fiberglass.

We're located in Milpitas, CA which is extremely close to you.

If you want fenders without the vent you're going to need to do some custom work. You could easily fiberglass the backside and bondo the front side but it's going to need some major work.
