I am planning to build my KA to about 260whp/280ish ft-lbs torque, and now i'm looking at ACT clutches...The "heavy duty" pressure plate claims it can hold 267ft-lbs torque, while the "xtreem" says 333 ft-lbs, but I've also heard they hold well over their claim. I can get a heavy duty PP with street and strip disk for 298, and the xtreem PP with street and strip disk for 335. Which should I get? Also, is the street and strip disk any good? My other option is a 6 or 4 puck, but I think thats overkill....
Anyone with suggestions please leave them, even if you recommned a completly different setup. :wiggle:

How ever much torque you expect to have at the wheels I would over shoot it on the clutch by atleast 60 ft-lbs. I also hear nothing but good things about the Exedy stage two clutch. I recommend looking into that a bit. 6/4/3 puck discs arent that harsh if they are sprung and the pressure plate isnt super stiff

Ask yourself if you really want to risk having it slip and realizing you needed the better clutch and then paying the cost of both of those together.. I say do it right the first time.. better safe than sorry
