Don at PDM-Racing (http://www.pdm-racing.com) has one. I know he doesn't sell things that aren't of some quality, but I don't know anywhere else for an s13 CF hood...

i think importfan has a CF hood for the s13. also, look around the group buy section, everyone seems to forget about the group guy section even though they have really good deals sometimes, check it out

Rudora and D-Speed makes Carbon Hoods for the 180SX. Price is 950.00 to $1200.00 depending on which one. Hood can handle up to 170mph without hood pins. Very good quality

damn! 1200 for a hood? thats a lot of money! i would rather just get a set of hood pins for 20 bucks and pay like 450 for a hood, lol. maybe thats just me.

does anyone know where you can get a carbon fiber hood for the silvia s13 that's under $700?

guidot, I thought Don only sold fiberglass hoods.

CoasTek, there is a Groupbuy (http://www.zilvia.net/f/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=4;t=9300) on Sunny Carbon Fiber Hoods right now.

I personally have a $900.00 fiberglass hood for an S13. Once you've had the garbage hoods, you'll realize why these cost more. I thought I was lucky to get a carbon fiber hood for my S13 from TC, however about 2 weeks that the hood was on (that didn't fit properly), golf ball size dents started appearing everywhere, and more everyday. I quickly trashed the hood, and purchased my Cwest Hood. IMO, your vehicle is a big investment. Get the best quality you can, while you can. If you find a carbon hood for under $500.00 it is like most hoods we get from VIS or Hiper, and are crap. I see these hoods everyday come in and out of the shop for Honda's, and everyone experience's the same thing i did. Best to do it the right way first, and never worry about it again (which I tell customers when ordering the cheaper carbon fiber hoods). Otherwise you pay from $300.00 to $500.00 + $800.00 to $1200.00 for a good fitting quality hood.

Again this is my own opinion.

Just to add, we as 240SX owners are very lucky in the high quality products that are offered for our vehicles. Our cars are one of or if not the most popular cars in Japan. All the higher quality tuning companies cator to our vehicle. Unlike Honda's, we have access to a large Variety of great quality products from Japan.

People now are starting to realize that, and that is why many have sold their honda's in sport of the Nissan 240SX.

well, the nissan is heating up, w/ their maxima pulling 255hp and their newly designed altima. also w/ the praises that were given on the sentra spec V, the nissan is going to be the next... import nonsense... as "drifitng" becomes popular we'll see a lot of 240sx's sold to people who don't know how to apperciate them.... sad... just my theory...
