i don't know if there needs to be any threads about it, its really easy. just unbolt old, bolt in new.

it took me about 1 hour for the whole thing
45 minute to break all the 15 year old bolts loose
15 min to slap on the new stuff

[Front]
start with the brake knuckles, break em loose with a breaker bar, then handle the shock tower bolts. Then drop em down.
TADA!!!
[Rear]
Unbolt the rear shock tower bolts, then the single bottom bolt.
TADA!!! times 2

if you mean dealing with installing new springs then i suggest you take your crap to a shop and have them compress the spring for you and bolt on the upper mounts. they charge very little. beats fuccking around with that stuff yourself if you dont have proper tools. yeah, then it's just un bolting the stock crap and throwing the new shhit in. done.

takes 2 hours, tops. make sure you have spring compressors and know how to use them.

or, if you know how to really deal with removing the spring, use teh Tire technique.
