Well I have been replacing my tires like crazy the past year. The last time i got an alignment was about a year an a half ago. When i got my alignment it was with my stock tires. About 3-4 months ago i got new wheels which are 17x8. When i got my alignment the specs were
front camber -1.5
front caster 9*
rear camber -1.5
rear toe 0
Now i just put some new tires on and i dont want them to get worn out. I really want to make them last. Could the toe in rear have changed in the past year? Tire wear only happens the most in the rear. And i dont drive crazy on a daily basis. I just want my tires to last for now.
Also i hit a pole last month would that have caused anything? it was only at 10mph in the front.

what did the tire wear look like on the old tires?
Toe is what kills tires the fastest.
If those were you alignment settings in the last 3-4 months and you hit a pole recently, chances are your alignment specs are all fucked up again. Go get your car re-aligned again

You shouldn't have any problem with alignment in the rear if you hit the front. On another note, go back to stock, that should be best for long tread life. Most alignment shops give you a five month warranty. So you still might be in luck.

I'm still on OE settings put in by the alignment shop, in regards to front and rear toe, and caster. Camber is my own undoing, I have my fronts maxed out, and my rears are maybe 1.5 IIRC. Remember that toe will kill a tire much quicker then crazy camber. Tire wear from toe will also show if you have toe in/out.

On the paper that has all the specs, it also list the stock settings. The front caster stock is suppose to be 6-7*.
I also forgot to list that i have front energy suspension lower control arm bushings, new front lower all joints, and a pwrtrix ruca. Also i have tein HA coilovers.
Tire wear is almost all even. The inside of the tires on the rear wear a little quicker than the outside. Same thing with the front, but i need to replace my tierods. So that might be another reason for a little faster wear in the front. Myreal concern is just my rear. I have hit huge potholes and bumps within the last month because they were doing some contruction on a freeway that i frequent.
