WTB: 95-98 240sx SE

Right now I am trying to find a 95-98 240sx SE/LE 5spd, of course, and i wanna know if anybody has one around $9k that is in good condition and has low miles.  One with mods would be even better, i know this will entail a higher cost so that is cool too, just tell me what you got.  I am located in Austin, TX, shipping or a meeting will not be a problem.
