Oil filter for S13 Black TOp...

i have just done an SR swap on my 240...the motor is S13 black top. And i am about to do an oil change for it, you guys know what kinda oil filter i will be using and where i can buy that filter? some people told me its the sentra oil filter.

Is it really that hard to change oil filter on a S13 blk top? i heard that if i happened to mess up while installing a filter, it will cause my engine to blow or someting, lol, dont know if thats true or not...

oil filter: 91 nissan sentra, same for redtops

no ur engine wont blow up... what can u really do to mess up while installing? it's just a filter, just like it is for any other car. put it on right and dont worry about it.

Only thing that sucks bout changing the filter is that its under the damn manifold and you have to pull some hoodini shiet just to get hand on it. Plus i had a friend who shocked the fook out of him self cuz he accidentally touched either the starter or the alternator...thats always a fun one.

i use a 94 G20 filter it has a FWD sr20 in it. now as far as spark plugs i use the g20 ones too but i dont think thay work right. so if anyone knows where to get the right plug or if you know the part number and brand.

I use the filter for the 350Z on my blacktop. If you look at the part #, it matches the # in the service manual for the S14 and S15. My S13 blacktop motor also came from Japan with the same filter so it works on all RWD SR20DET motors.
