WTB: S13/14 Coupe in So Cal

I'm looking for an S13 or S14 coupe in the So Cal area.

Here are the specs I'm looking for

5 speed
DOHC motor
clean body (dont mind too much if fenders are bad but has to be priced accordingly) - also, minor body work is not an issue i just dont want something that needs a new quarter panel
clean interior (seats aren't a big issue but carpet and other stuff is)
PREFERABLY pw, pdl
motor in running condition (if not must be priced accordingly)
transmission in working condition (once again, if not must be priced accordingly)


I'm willing to spend up to about $3000-3500 depending on condition. I'll take a beat up car if its priced reasonably.
