just for the record, i hate electrical dealies, so my diagnotic skills are really rudimentary when it comes to electrical...heres the problem...well, its not much a problem than a worry:

recently i noticed that when my lights are off and i depress the brake, all the instrument lights would glow very dimly...then when you press the brake and mess with the dimmer switch the clock would turn off on the "off" setting...so this leads me to think that something is crossed with the trigger for the brake lights...basically, when the brake triggers the brake lights, everything in the car comes on very dimly...is a fuse out? or some wires touching? when the lights are on there is no difference, just when they are off...like i said, not much of a problem, just something thats not normal that i'd like to fix...

prepare to fet a FSM and trace out wireing to make go away, unless you can remember when it started (ie when i put in the new stereo or fuel management system) wihitch brings me to a good point. 1/2 ass stereo installs cause alot of problems. folloewed by security systems and dash removal/installs (pinched wires).

that sounds like fun...especially since electrical is my specialty...(*turns down sarcasm dial*)
