I did a bit of searching but didnt come up with much on how people like your ARC BOV? I saw a few for sale here and there but nobody mentions what they think of it. Ever had a problem with leaks? I plan to reroute but just incase i change my mind, how is the sound? and how does the car run if you dont reroute? a lot of ppl suggest SSQV from HKS if you plan on open venting it. but Im still in the deciding stage.
so anyways let me know ur opinion on the ARC blow off valve. thanks

ARC is way too expensive for me But from what I heard Eddie from Mackin Industries who has these products says they are some of the best in the market.

I used to have ARC BOV. I doesn't leak if you adjust it right, and the sound is very quite, unless you're boosting really high. I think the vent is too small though.
Shamless plug: I have one for sale for $120 including the hotpipe section that comes with it.

Nice to know. I am looking into selling my blitz also, and purchase a r2d2.
Since this (arc) seems to be a quiet bov (at low boost). redsuns3838 might like it, since it seems he is looking into the quiet recircular route.

my arc is not quite. its sounds almost like blitz. its like a swooshing sound and not like the high pitch cherp. im boosting a 1 bar and it seems to hold fine.

so i take it your not running a fmic?? cause then you would just be contradictiing yourself!

hi, mr240sx. you didnt realy contribute anything to my question but thats ok. =) i dont think im contradicting myself. I just dont want to be unneccesarily noticable. a FMIC is noticable if you stare at the car in a parking lot or in your rear view mirror but if you have a loud BOV that is vented...well then everyone within a 10 car radius knows almost for sure that you have a turbo. im not gonna try to fool someone whos knowledgeable. just stay a lil low profile for those that dont know.
altho theives know what to look for, cops are a little less knowledgeable. ;)
oh and just so know , im running a SMIC =P

which one are you talking about though, there's the ARC Type 1/2/3 and the ARC Type NS. I have a Type 3 and it sounds like a cute version of the HKS SSQV with a little bit of woosh to it.
My friend has the NS and it sounds similar to a Blitz SS and a bit like the Apexi Twin Chamber
