He also posted up a brand new kaaz 2-way lsd for open diff for $700 a few months ago. I offered him $650, and he said deal. Calls me the next morning and says that some other guy emailed him offering 700, so unless i could do 700 he would sell it to him, so i said ok, 700. I drove all the way to Pomona (2 hours) with cash to get the "BRAND NEW" 2-way. I get there and check out the lsd. Its in an old kaaz box, the bearings have already been pressed in, a pinion gear has been mounted on it, it was obviously used, it was an older type 2-way, it was for a vlsd pumpkin, and didnt have anything that a new kaaz comes with (gasket, etc). I tell him all of this and turn around and drive another 2 hours back home with no lsd. $40 in gas down the drain and i still had no lsd. Then i get back home and see that he has posted on his original thread the link to the thread where he had initially bought the lsd for $170! Talk about trying to make a dime.

The guy was ok in person, but COME ON. I mean he posted the link to where he bought it for $170 and he wants to get $700? and he would have taken my $700 with no care in the world that the diff was obviously used, thats what pissed me off, oh, and the fact that i spent just about my whole saturday, wasted a shitload of gas, and had to drive to Pomona.

Been almost a month or so since I paypal'd him the money for the c's short shifter and I thought I could trust him because we have a mutual acquaintance in Sochbat. Anyways week after week he gives me an excuse that he will ship it out or has shipped it out or had shipped it to the wrong address or will deliver it to my family home. He hasn't produced on any of those claims and the only forseeable way for me to regain my money was to file a paypal complaint against him. I'm even of thinking about filing a claim with the local authorities about his unscrupulous actions. This is not the first because the same thing happened to AkademikOne which was posted above.

So until then I'd request that his IP's and account be banned for scamming on more than one occaision until he pays back those who have been scammed. Good thing I filed before my 30 day period was up.

This is his response to the PM I sent him requesting some information about the claims made. Take care in reading, I think I read it 4 times before I got it.
as you can see admin i dont respond to any of there accusations due to how the deal went. i did buy a sparco camlock harness from akademic a long time back and was very late on they payment. none the less i did maintain contact with akademic thru the whole thing. at first there was a huge miss understanding to were the money had gone. eventually akademic (not sure if knowingly or not) sends this gentlemen by the name of rhino after me to collect the money. he literally threatens so i go ahead me up this rino gentlemen and give him the money (still not knowing where the other money had gone). none the less i wanted no trouble ( and akademic can vouch, this gentlemen wasnt one to mess with) then he keeps telling me he hasnt gotten the money. im guessing the other guy told hi he would get the money and just kept the cash. i dont know. but i cant do it a third time im sorry. any other sale i have made have gone thru with out a problem as you can ask any of the other customers. the problem with the lsd or vlsd was that i bought it off this forums for 170 as a kaaz being the newb that i was i thought i had come up on a huge investment. it was actually ripped off for a vlsd not knowing. i never even installed it when i decided to get out of the car thing i tried to sell it. the gentlemen came and saw that it wasnt what i said it was. he educated me and i couldnt get ahold of the other gentlemen i bought it from as you can see he only had like 7 post. scammer. so i tried to get my money back. i was selling it for what i thought was an appropriate price for it when it was a kaaz. he pointed out it wasnt. i just went on to repost it for what i bought it to get my money back.

Seems that he is saying that he gave the money to some goon you sent to collect, and that this individual (Rhino?) never gave you what he was given.

"scammed" him out of something, thus the reason
him wanting to come after you. He talked to me
after hearing about my situation with you. I never did
send him after you.

I'm not 100% sure if we were supposed to trade harnesses,
but I know for a fact we were supposed to send the item (or payment
on your half) at the same time. I sent mine out on the day we
agreed upon, and it arrived to you. 'Til this day, almost 4 years later,
I still have not received anything but excuses. Cheat (Sooshi)
is a friend of yours, and mine.He knows what happened and he kept telling me
to just go to your house and get it myself, but I waited, I'm not the type to go
vigilante. You supposedly sent the money twice my way, but it never came. USPS
losing the same type envelope twice? C'mon now.

I also remember another individual PMing me about another transaction
that went sour with you. His name escapes me for the moment.

Sorry, but I'm not the type to do vigilante justice, maybe
back then, but not anymore. I kind of love my life now than
to go beat someone's ass and risk going to jail over $80.
