It depends, if its a stock tuned motor make sure your fuel filter isnt clogged or dirty, make sure your fuel system isnt loosing psi, and mostly make sure there is no leaks on the intake after the maf.

Clogged injectors, vacuum leak. How do you know it is running lean??? Something is wrong with your engine, otherwise the ECM automatically adjust the A/F ratio to to best meet emissions, have power and fuel economy.

because I got a A/F Ratio Gauge, but just dunno if it's accurate... it says "lean"

If it's not a wideband it most deifinitely isn't accurate

it means nothing if you dont have a wide band o2... its just a light show. Take out your spark plugs. If they are running lean, you can tell by them being too hot and disfiguring.
