how to get seats ready for shipping?

ok i have a pretty simple question. i am shipping a pair of s14 seats tomorrow through greyhound and i just need to know what is the best method for packing them. i doubt a huge box would be necessary. would wrapping them completely in plastic and shipping foam suffice? so how have some of you shipped them? thanks

Some companies will not let you use plastic wrap anymore
i usually ship them tetris style L then upside down L
boxes you can get for cheap at uhaul
