I was looking on ebay for heat shields, and I found two that meet my criteria. They are both made of different types of material though, and I tried looking, but nothing answered me yet. Which heat shield is better to get; one made of 304 stainless steel, or the other one made of 321 stainless steel? I just want a clean looking engine bay with a nice 'chromy' heat shield.. that's all..

*EDIT - It's for a T3/T4 turbo by the way if that helps, which I don't think it does.

Aluminum foil always works. I'd say 321. What statements do i have to back up my choice? None.

Yeah I understand why you would say that. I've seen alot of people do it, and it works well. The only thing is that I'm trying to just put together some nice and 'bling bling' chrome parts on/in my car.

haha, just flip the aluminum foil over for the shiny side. :keke:
