symptoms of a boost leak?

to whoever had boost leaks in their sr20det's before, what symptoms did you have? im pretty sure mine has a leak and im gonna make the leak tester today. but here are my symptoms:

bad lag when gas pedal is floored
gauge reads full boost
turbo seems to spool up to full boost quicker than normal
happens only sometimes, mostly when car is driven for a while and warmed up.

SUPER hesitation, restrictive driving, and if you're lucky, you're gauge will go crazy!

could be a lot, check for leaks first and you'll know soon enough. Also, test the coolant temp sensor with a multimeter, and SEARCH on here for "BOOST LEAK". you would have found your answer already.

The symtoms i had were those of MAFS problem, even went on ebay ordered a SOHC mafs waited rigged wires just incase, then found boost leak infender, But first would rev normal (no load), driving 2500rpm limit after a weak it got worse 2000rpm thats when my leak was found ran normal with both MAFS Thought i blew head gasket first,(white smoke,black smoke, then she would lean-out (seem normal) then rev alittle rpm drop then pop up 2500 limit smoking all the way home and backfire with 6-11 inch flames from what i was told.
