Rear Hicas Sway Bar Bushings

so i got a hicas sway bar, but it didn't come with the bushings. ths stock bushings on a non hicas bar was too small, of course, then i try the dealership and they said hicas bushings are on national back order. so my question is, what do you guys with rear hicas sway bars use for bushings?

They have a bigger size for the larger bar. I think.

I've heard of people cutting the smaller bushing out with an appropriate sized hole saw, but I'm certain that'd go over very well.
