Subframe spacers increase cabin noise, by eliminating the free space between the subframe and the frame of the chassis. So, in turn, more vibration is sent into the cabin because its newfound solidity.
So you choose, more incabin noise and improved handling, OR sloppy bodyroll like Pillsbury Doughboy!

imho, it is a must-have for the S chassis, especially the older ones. cheaper upgrade comparing to the solid alum sub frame bushings (shit, you have to take down the whole subframe)

I also had an issue with them lowering the subframe enough to get my Apexi exhaust to rub my driveshaft. Dropped the Exhaust and BFH fixed it. works great definite improvement
