Sorry if this is a repost but im currently looking into a authentic BN Sports areo kit for my 240 (Hatch) im not going to buy every thing at once im probably going to still shop around and see if there are other kits but right now BN Sports is on top of my list. My main concern is the 180SX from japan is a bit smaller than a US 240SX by what 9-10in in length, before I go out and start buying stuff I wanted to ask you all to let me in on this info. :D

hahahahahahaha, no the 180sx has the same dimensions as the 240sx Fastback here. Whoever told you otherwise was really feeding you a line.

So then you think that everything will all just bolt on. No FABRICATION at all to the factory brackets??? if its true then I guess the only thing that Ill have to change are the signal lights from the 180SX to my 240.

Whether or not it will 'bolt on' depends on the quality of the kit. Always be prepared for a bit of bodywork when installing a body kit...

if it's a real jdm kit quality and fitment shouldnt be a problem. so yes it will fit and bolt on good.

It will bolt on, but you may or may not have to remove parts to get it to fit.
Mudflaps(a given), front bumper support must be removed and or replaced with JDM OE front bumper support.
and you will need to rewire for new bumper lights.
