I was reading in the FAQ section and it said that I can use a lsd out of a 95+ J30 if I change the cover...So are you saying that I buy just the differential from the junkyard, bolt up MY STOCK axles, and just swap out MY STOCK diff cover? Also, how much should I expect to pay? Any special J30 to get or just any differential out of a 95 and up J30..

Thanks

well me and my friends have done the pre j30 and z32 swaps on ours, had to change axles, my friend used some sort of thick ass lucas oil, i jus put 80w90 i believe? i think it's in the zlivia installs, but yeah it's pretty easy, well sorta, hardest part is bolting it back up, sway bar's in the way, but yeah the pain in the ass part is the damn axles, how they have those damn things that go into the output shafts, i ono like a cone that sticks in there, gotta like pry it in, but yeah whatever, didn't run into that prob using the j30/240sx 5 bolt/star axles since it's pretty flat, j30's have the uhh abs sensor in the front, so you might need an abs driveshaft for your car, tha'ts probably about an inch or less shorter than a non abs, but my friends bolted up fine, i believe some people on here didn't run into any problems with it, or jus swap the internal's and output shafts into the 240sx pumpkin lol, yeah damn that's a lot of info
