Ok this Hurricane Season has been the most active season in a very very long time... infact they are running out of names.

Miami area got hit harder than expected with Kartrina as a Catagory 1, about 3 weeks ago. Gulf Coast & New Orleans finnaly saw the wrath of god we predicted for so long.

Rita will be a Cat. 1 by the time it hits the Miami area... then into the Gulfs nice warm waters... with New Orleans looking like a nice virgin buthole to a 30year inmate... completly vulnerable.

Everyone is soooo worried about flooding in TX, but no matter what TX is not getting the business side of the hurricane... everyone on the coast knows the east side is the worst. I fear lower coastal LA will look like Biloxi, MS.

drum roll? well right now im chillin out maxin out relaxin all cool inside of a board room of a local bank. generators, internet, food, water, fuggin woot. once i find out the status of the power i might blast up to college station or whatever. take a vacation and what not. feels good to be a gangsta.

no flooding at all. the only danger of that comes from them letting water out up stream. in theory our levies should keep up to 34 feet out before even filling up our river, the expected level is 30 so it looks like we'll be safe.

and all this cause our mayor spent that money on actually helping his people.

other than that we have sparatic wind damage. the car should be okay, its in a warehouse that appears to be fine on the outside. so you can all breath easy there :)

the bad news is the car is behind a door that opens aided by electricity... meaning we can't get her out for my short little vacation.

also, i have the gas hookup in town. God's really watched over us and protected us from this crap. it easily could have been a lot worse. we pretty much got the best case scenario considering how close we were to the storm. im gonna upload some pics in a bit.

New Orleans just got alot of wind and rain... nothing major except all the stuff that was broken from Katrina is now thrown around or broke again... the levee breach and breaks only effected areas that were already damaged by flood waters.
