FS in Bay Area: Konig Monsoon rims + tires - $100

I'm selling the wheels that came with the car when I bought it. They are Konig Monsoons, 17x7's, with tires on them. There are different brand tires on each rim for some reason (it was like that when I purchased them), however, there is still a decent amount of tread life. Tires are 205/45/17 I believe. Rims are in good condition. Minimal scratches on them. Please look at the pictures for an idea. Priced at $100 for a quick sale.

whats the offset? how come your selling them? Are they 4 or 5 lug or both. I need to know because if they work I will take them now!

The offset is +40. I'm selling them because I bought another set of wheels (see sig). The bolt pattern is 5x114.3 and 5x100. Let me know if interested.
