i have a ka24de and i went to relocate the battery and make a short ram intakembut as i was taking the maf off i was an idiot and left it on the radiator support and it knocked off right in the dirt sand everywhere so my car runs like shit nowlike if i gve it 25% throttle all the way to redline it does fine but if i rev it at full throttle it hesitates really bad so i checked eveything grounds new plugs cleand rotor and cap still does it so i bought carb cleaner to clean the maf but i need to know how to spray it without damaging the sensors

for lack of anything douchey to respond with... just spray it in there, you'll be fine.

make sure you didnt break the very fine wire inside the maf. its sensitive to dropping like that. happened to my Z31 maf, not sure if the 240's are the same type of design tho.

I have similar problems, especially in cooler weather conditions... I tried using the electrical cleaning/spray (dust spray thing), and it got a bit better (or was it my imagination).

yeah, Makoto, where do you get that drug-sound like stuff?

clean maf, intake valves and remove or clean the AIV. new 300zx fuel filter would also help on the smooth REVing.
