'92 ka24de swap ( bought with 83k bout 86k now)
Greaser-Vision turbo manifold
t3/t04e .50/.70 trim
35mm wastegate
24x12x4 fmic
Turbo XS RFL BOV
3in exhaust. Turbo back 1 resinator
Downpipe wrapped in heat wrapping

Fuel Management:
SR 370cc injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel pump
Safc-1

Bouncers and 2 wheel burn outs:
KYB AGX shocks
Tien S-Tech springs
J30 VLSD

[email protected] on a very mild tune.


The interior is dirty because this is my daily driver and I havent cleaned in a week or so, notice school books on the floor haha. The dash has two or three cracks, the seats are still perfect. Also had a CD player. Power seat belts still work perfectly. There is a small exhaust leak in the piping but I cant seem to pin point where it is, I think its somewhere around the flex-pipe on the downpipe.

For all those who say "SR20's are the only thing that should be swapped into a 240.." a little insight into the benifets of KA-T are..

KA has more torque, .4 liter more displacement, and stock motor more can hold 400hp. Not to mention the fact that a replacement motor can be bought for 300-400 dollars as a full swap, the motor isnt imported meaning I can visit advanced auto all day long for anything I need.

Or I can go SR and wait for parts to come from japan, less displacement, less torque, and if I blow the motor I can drop $1k on a short block replacement..

yea but you failed to mention benefits for both sides. Theres no way a ka-t has no faults, otherwise it would be the clear cut choice.
