its illegal to consume and sell in stores i bought mine through the seborabsinthe.com website and my friend has boughts a few boxes from them as well and we havnt had any problems getting it shipped to the states

I'm going to have to say the big no to selling Illegal substances. Last time I checked selling liquor without a licence was illegal too.

Just a correction, it's legal to possess and drink Absinthe, but you can't sell it in the States. But getting it shipped to you from overseas is fine.
However, the thread is locked until you remit a liqour license for your state, and the state of the buyer.
