he DID put people in danger.
He COULD have been driving fast, I can easily hit the speed limiter in my stock KA powered cars, so with mods it is very easy to be driving plenty fast enough to endanger, hurt, or piss cops off enough so they RAM your car to a stop.

there is a lot of hate for him because he was doing something very stupid, and the actions of him may or may not make CHP be extra cautious around 240s. That CHP officer along with any other authorities involved in that pursuit along with any that hear the stories are now exposed to extra stereotypes against US.
