Anybody remember this show? Most of my friends don't know what I'm talking about. Why can't there be more shows like this? Any running shows that are similar to this on TV?

I wasnt a big fan of that. I liked My So Called Life, and Pete and Pete a good bit though.

wow, shows how young this crowd is :)

Makes sense tho, only ppl mid 20s and later would have really seen the show and been a fan of it while it was still being broadcast.

Seen winnie now? she got pretty hot...
i remember she had a short lived guest appearance on Fred Savages short-lived (and very rightfully so) show "Working". She played the opposite of winnie, IE. instead of the prude down the street, she became the boss' slutty daughter, or some such.
Here's a recent-ish pic:

odd, she look like she could be Devon Aoki's sister in that pic, guess it's the wide jawline and small lips... That could be good or bad, depending on what u think of her.

wootwoot: MSCL was badass, far too ahead of it's time to be accepted, it was sad... people had not migrated out of their 90210/melrose place phases... ie primetime soaps, yay for mankinds lust for self-destruction! :) MSCL seemed so much better at telling a story with a moral, and not having it feel like it's forced down your throat.

yup, Kevin & Winnie all the way.

Funny story, the dad from that show played a judge on the TV show Fred Savage's brother works on.

i didnt like that show when it was airing, but that was when i was around 10-11 yrs old. i thought it was tooo boring....but a few summers ago, when spikeTV used to be TNN, they had like a 2-hour block of it every morning. all summer long. its become one of my favorite shows. summer vacation + wonder years all morning long = best summer ever hahaha :hsdance:

MSCL was a good show too, but just like wonder years, i didnt like it until it went off-air and reruns started showing on mtv. and yes, it was way ahead of its time.
