1991 non-abs s13, stock rear calipers:
Went to replace rear pads and the stupid pistons on rear calipers will not turn in due to pistons having tons of rust and wont go back further into there home, what do I do?
Can you replace just the pistons and seals?
Do I buy new calipers from vatozone (150$ a piece) ouch.??
Do I but new calipers from nissan?
Do I find used calipers who knows where, maybe somebody could sell me some and ship them 2nd day.. ??

use some anti rust, wd40, unscrew bleeder screw maybe thatll help
if you are going to spend 150 a piece on rear calipers maybe you can find the 5 lug swap with calipers for that price

$1fucking50.00? Are you crazy? I just looked at vatozone's website, I see 60.00/caliper and 65.00 core, that means 125.00/each and you get 65 of that back. If you do your brakes like I do, you go into the store with the old calipers and don't have to jump through hoops.

definately the way to go. worked for me. had a torn boot on my s14 rears... got two calipers (with bolts!) from a junkyard through the mail. slapped them on a year or two ago, been fine. even came with old (but meaty) brake pads and shims.

Rear calipers are known to seize up on Schassis, it's very common. A used set from a yard will probably be just as bad off. Most of the pairs I sell are already beginning to stick, typically they're S14s with less than 100k on them.
