Some quotes from Ian's posts below, just in case some of you don't read the entire thread:

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">For the $20 shipping charge, UPS Ground will be used. &nbsp;The items will be dropped shipped right from Tein to the purchaser. &nbsp;

Tax will not be charged for customers outside of Florida. &nbsp;Any Florida orders will be charged a 6.5% tax towards the government. &nbsp;

For all Canadian orders, we can do COD for the freight charges. &nbsp;The products will be prepaid and the freight charges will be collected COD. &nbsp;

There has been a numerous people asking about Cusco Strut bars and such. &nbsp;They will also be added to this GB. &nbsp;I can do 17% of the retail price. &nbsp;Shipping will still be the flat rate of $20.

I will accept personal checks for payments, but for any personal checks, I will have to wait until the check is cleared. &nbsp;

For delivery of products, I will have all orders sent out within one week, via UPS Ground. &nbsp;So, depending on where you are, anticipate no more then 2 weeks for delivery. &nbsp;Items will be shipped from California. &nbsp;With that in mind, for orders in, for instance, Florida, it will be about 5 business days for delivery once shipped. &nbsp;All orders will accompany a tracking number through UPS, an e-mail will be sent to the customer's desired address.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'>

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">Just to calrify something. I may have not stated it clearly the first time around. When an order is placed, I will be able to have the items shipped right away (granted a couple of days in between for processing). The customer will not need for the GB to end before shipping of the products.

Shipping within the continental US will be via UPS. Products will be shipped out of California. Shipping time via UPS can range from one to 7 business days. An example: California to Florida will take 5 business days.

Canada, Hawaii, AK, and other US territories, please contact me for shipping information.

For all CC orders, please contact me through e-mail. I will e-mail the customer an order form. Once completed and faxed back, the order will be processed the very business day.

Please contact me through:

can someone tell me the difference between all these? &nbsp;and what is the Upper Pillowball Mount? &nbsp;do you need it? 'cause it looks like i can bearly afford the Type HA...

is that price including tax or no? &nbsp;and if i pay right now, do i get it deilvered immidently? or do i get it delivered after may 20 (btw may 20==my b-day, so i think i should get an additional 100 bucks off)

DrDubbleB

Lol...nice try on the B-day thing...I'll let Ian answer that. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> &nbsp;Haha. &nbsp;Anyways, the HA's are geared for all around performance, the HE's are geared for drifting, and the Type Flex is geared more for comfort/driveability. &nbsp;As far as the other types, I do not know enough about them to comment (the ones that I listed are the three most common).

Upper Pillowball Mounts are not necessary, no. &nbsp;What they do is basically add responsiveness to the suspension. &nbsp;I believe they also strengthen the mounting points of the coilovers. &nbsp;They do add ride harshness though.

Everything gets shipped when ordered. &nbsp;Ian decided if he were in on a group buy, that's how he would have wanted it, so that's what he's giving us all. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'> &nbsp; I will find out the exact kind of shipping soon (air/ground, etc.), I did not ask about that yet.

meowth: http://www.tein.com/ &nbsp; They've got most of what you want to know up there. &nbsp;The most popular Tein is by far the HA, because it's probably the most well-rounded of them.

Hey Dr.B, is anything else included in the buy? I think someone mentioned getting Cusco Strut tower braces in here or something, though I may be recalling a completely different GB.

I might be interested in the coilovers. However, I am located in Toronto, Canada, and UPS charges a big amount of brokerage fee for anything from the US.
Is there any other courier you can use to reduce the brokerage fee? I think this is a big concern for us Canadians.

If I place a order today will the order be processed today(couple business days) and shipped as soon as tein gets the money or all the orders going to be placed at the same time, like the 20th of may.
Lets say I wanted to place an order for the Tein T/C rods today so I can get them soon and then place another order at a later date for the actually suspension. Is that an option? I understand I will be charged twice for shipping, considering it would be two diff orders.
Also can we get DDB and LP email addresses? Also since my orders are going to be cc based can I get LP's number or our will it be faxed based?

DrDubbleB

Yeah, you can place two seperate orders, that shouldn't be a problem, but you're right, you would be charged twice for shipping. &nbsp;My e-mail address is [email protected] &nbsp;If you e-mail me, I'll get you in touch with Lost Projects.

Everyone else that has asked questions that are not yet answered, I'm trying to get in touch with Ian to find out the answers for you all.

Cool! I'm definately in for the s14 t/c rods. If you could e-mail me an orderform [email protected]
I won't be able to order untill early may (payday is the 1st) but I'm definately in <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'>

Edit: CC=credit car? &nbsp;or cashiers check?
Anyway, whats the best way to order? &nbsp;
Should I just write a personal check, mail it to you, wait for it to clear, then the product is shipped?
Or would some sort of money order or cashiers check be better?

DrDubbleB

CC does mean Credit Card, yes. &nbsp;It's really up to you what form of payment you want to use...no one is better than the other (although there is a 2.5% fee on CC purchases). &nbsp;It all really comes down to what is more convenient for you.

I'm definately getting the s14 T/c rods.

A personal check for $207, made out to "Lost Projects" will be sent thursday to
Lost Projects
823 Clear Lake Dr.
Port Orange, FL 32127

What information do I need to include with the check? Just name, address and product being ordered (though it will be obvious) and application?

Let me see if I've got this right...You get my check, wait for it to clear, then order from tein and they will ship them directly to me once they are made? So from the day you get the check (assumeing there is no major problems with tein or shipping company), it should be no more than 6 weeks for me to have the t/c rods at my door ?
If you could clarify that process for me I would appricate it.
