This makes Nooo Sense to me..

Both my signal lights work fine... when the car is not moving fast... When I'm doing highway speeds 70+KPH, my right turn signal flashes fast as if a light was out.. Does this make ANY sense?

On another note, I just installed a new stereo/amp and I seem to be having a grounding issue coming from the deck.. I grounded it to a hole drilled right in the frame under the deck. I'm having SERIOUS alternator whine.. I'm pretty sure it's the deck, because i've tested the cables, and plugged an mp3 player into the amp direct and no noise. Btw the amp is grounded with a short cable same size as power and grounded right to the battery right beside it in the trunk. Any way this might be related?

Soooo This all must be some sort of Grounding issue... but I don't get why the speed affects the signal ?? Very welcome to some ideas here.....

btw, car is a '95 w SR

Thx!
James

Have you checked all your fuses? Also, could it be possible you have a turn signal out? Check all your bulb connections, and check that alternator belt tension, and belt condition.

I dunno what your problem is, but I would start there.

All my fuses are good.. Replaced the belt like 3-4 months ago. I THINK its tight.. I can't flip it over or anything. All my bulbs check out.. I'm stumped..

I guess my Speed sensor hooked up to my turn signal !!

If you try to wire up the head unit while the battery is connected you COULD have damaged it. My friend has done this and it whined no matter what car we tried it in. I stuck my Alpine in his car (properly) and it was fine.

Hey try taking it to a circuit city, they should diagnose it for free in hopes that you will buy a new radio from them. just dont buy their radio's....
