well, i dont knowhow many you've seen, but, i can tel lyou these are true 2kx2k weave, and.... any carbon fiber flare that is offered usually retail for 600 or more (for example, for a miata they are 699 plus shipping) and the rreason they are this price is because, while doing research on the forums, i wass askign around, and some dude with a miata said "man, the ones i've seen are about 700 a set, if you made them for 400 i;d bu ya set like that!!!", hence why we are only asking for 10 more sets( we originally wanted a dozen confirmed, but two have paid already.
oh well, i think 400 is fair for 1 off (x12 sets) chargespeed mold-offs, because 1, you dotn have to paint them if you dont want, and 2. theyare cf, not shitty fiberglass that needs to be worked over for 4 hours, i donno, you find me a decent set of name brand fiberglass flairs brand new for under 300 and i'll sell these for 300, not the ebay 100 dolalr ones, im talking a good one liek chargespeed, but i already know that they are 380 per set fo 4, so dont try that one
anyhow, figure 380 a set, and EVEN if there was another (chargespeed) set in the US, they wouldnt be CF, so figure if you wanted them, youd have to get them from japan, and then pay about 40 shipping, so in the end, you bought chargespeed fender flares, waited 2 months, and paid 20 dollars more than the CF one cost
^^^that last statement is why we are asking 400 shipped

Thanks for the explanation....the quality looks good besides small defects (resin air bubbles, crooked weaves) but I'm sure all the kinks will be worked out in the end.
Are you using a vacuum mold for these or hand laying them?

hand press molding, the crooked weave is just somethign that happens, but yeah the resin bubbles will be minimal if any...
THE FINAL ONES WILL BE VACUUMED
