Hey I need some help.. my #1 piston is out.. im trying to see if its the fuel injectors, what reading should I get off of them with a multimeter? The first injector should have a higher reading then the other 3 right? The other 3 which are working, get a low reading, where as #1 is alot higher.

I think they should all have the same resistance, sounds like you have an open circuit in your first injector. Try getting a new one.
Too much resistance, OL, infinate resistance= an open circuit.

how the hell do you remove the injectors? Trying to unscrew those phillips head screws seems to strip em.. Do i have to pull the whole fuel rail?

You do not have to remove the fuel rail. If you can, get a cordless drill with a phillips head and with some force, they'll come out like magic. Make sure you get the proper size #2 phillips head.
Once they're out, I like to crank the motor till the injector pops out. Make usre you disable the ditributor by unplugging it. But if you're clumbsy, take it to a shop.
If you want to do a quick cylinder balance test, disconnect the injector 1 by 1. If there's NO change when you disconnect an injector, then that cylinder is at fault. Check for spark/compression/spark plug/and if you smell fuel with teh spark plug removed.
