powersteering problem?

well i just got this 95 240 with a 96 KA motor in it with 80k some odd miles...

well this problem just started happening

i dink it is the power steering but i am not really sure


wen i start the motor when it is cold... i hear a sorta like WHIRRING sound coming from the engine... and when i tun the wheel right to left the sound gets louder...

im guessing its something to do with the power steering... any ideas???
