From what people have told me i hear this goes on all the time or just will be super busy because its labor day.

Also what a waste of time, most cars post 1989 are very clean and basically clean the air as they move.

i think they had one lastnight on capitol and montague, unless it was a dui test, was pretty early around 8pm

random inspection points (especially on holidays), pls avoid these streets unless u have to.

#1 - san grabriel between los tunas and huntington dr.
#2 - colima dr between fairway and lemon

SR20's in good condition (stock of course) have non-existant HC's and CO's with a working cat.

The NOX tends to be super high (2500+) because the engine has no EGR valve.

Then they smog the car anyways.

You sure it was a smog check? I drove by, at the time and it looked to be a sobriety check point. I spoke with one of the officers while i was heading towards the tennis courts in my car and he didn't mention anything bout it (my car) having a loud ass exhaust, kit, and wheels. I'm sure it wasn't a check point for smog related issues.

holy shit, i think i know what ur talking about. i passed by one in union city, and i was told it was a random sobriety check by the pig; guy even gave me a couple pamplets, blah blah blah. but i looked, and i saw hella cats chillin in a truck and this giantor tent with lik alot of cars parked near..........and i was thinkin to myself "shit, that many cats out drinkin tonite?" :tweak:
