ok well it started about a week ago, i noticed that when i made a right or left turn the Ebrake light would go on. well this morning i get up and start driving and the light wont go off. i tried pullin the ebake up and down but still nuthin so i checked the wire, its still good and plus the turbo timer still shuts off the car when key is out and ebake is let down. i thought it might be low on brake fluid since there is a sensor on the MC but thefluid level is good. sooo anyone have any ideas on this? i searched but couldn't come up with anything. any help would be appreciated. thanx

did you double check the fluid?

Fluid is exactly the Answer.

In my car, the brake light stays on under certain speeds or over certain speeds. It may seem like under certain throttle positions the light will come on.

the fluid needs to be @ max, it will come on before the minimum line is reached.

either the sender on the reservoir is bad, disconnect the sensor and see if the light goes off, or the e-brake sensor, the e-brake sensor is a cheap ground contact just remove the e brake boot and take a look...

the ebrake sensor should be fine, if your turbo timer is wired up right, but I guess its possible your turbo timer isn't wired up right.

try adjusting your e-brake cable....i had the same thing happen last summer.... and all it was was the ebrake cable that needed to be tightened.

Same exact problem happened to me, then one day all of a sudden it went back to normal while I was driving and hasn't given me a problem since. I don't think the adjustment is the problem though, cause last week I broke one of my e-brake cables so obviously the tension isn't there anymore. But pulling the handle and releasing it on the one cable still turns the light on and off. So i don't know about that. Do what the dude said and max out the fluid and see what that does.

ok I know this might sound weird but it worked for me when I had the same problem, check your alternator. for some WEIRD reason, my ebrake light went off, then I changed the alternator and it went away..
of course before that I did check the brake fluid, lines even freaking pads and rotors.. and cylinder.. but nothing... lol so those are my 2 cents...
