electrical problem with my '89 coupe

Here my problem, i dont get any power when i turn my iginition, none of the light on the cluster comes on.........windows doesnt roll down.......nuttin........and when i start it........sometime it lights up if not i would have to high rev the car then it turns on...........i need this fix asap because it wouldnt pass smog because the engine light is not lite

help me plzz.......

its was the alternator fuse that was busted but now the driver side headlight doesnt work, never worked before and the fuses are still good.........anyone
