I've had the hardest time contacting him over the last week so I guess this is a good shot. He sold me a fujitsubo exhaust for an s14 in july and when i received the exhaust, it didn't fit. The exhaust was made for an entirely different car, piping would hit the rear suspension and was too long and the hangers were way off. I've been trying to contact him about getting a refund and he hasn't replied to me in a week and a half. So if anyone can contact him, that would be great. Tell him that I'll even ship the exhaust down to him first and I'll even cut the shipping cost out the refund so he'll refund me $400. I paid $440.

thanks
Nelson

He is a very good guy, but also very hard to reach at times. If I talk to him ill tell him to contact you. Dont worry Im sure he just hasnt got your messages, I doubt a guy like david would rip you off............I mean, he has a d1 liscense, lol. But ya, I also vote for a lock, if he hasnt been able to read his e-mails he probably wont read this forum either, dont let your impatience tarnish the name of one of socals most talented drivers. If you were hoping to reach someone that knows him personally then that has been done.

Locked. . .Grievances. . .

You should keep trying to contact him, but after about 2 weeks, if you can't contact him, contact YOUR local authorities, and his. Then file your complaint, let them know what is going on, I don't think anything would get his attention like a letter from the cops.

whether someone is a D1 driver or not doesn't mean they are legit and a straight-up business man. its fine to stick up for him if you know him and he's a good dude, but him having a D1 license means jack shit in this instance.

go through paypal and the authorities, that'll get his attention. also, look into the FBI internet fraud division, thats how i got my money back (see my review post about it) they helped a lot. good luck, if he's just busy, then that may be it too.

I understand what your trying to do but this is really not the way to do it.

If you have a problem with a seller, leave them a review in the "Reviews Forum"
