funny car idea/accessory

Hey guys, I saw a picture of a guys car on this forum awhile back and cant remember which thread it was. I saw the funniest thing on his car. It was a little stuffed tweety bird with a string on his neck head (like a noose) attached to his back tow hook ring. I thought it was damn cool/funny.
I dont know if alot of people do it. But I was just wondering if he saw this (if it is origianl) if I could use it.

Anyone who's anyone does that. Geez. They're called good luck charms. The JDM's do it around my neighborhood. My friends brother has a panda with a huge wang hanging off the back of his hook.
