Im wondering if the new skyline will have an exsiting RB motor (like 25, 26) or will it be a different engine?

It will have an RB30DETTT (three turbos, 1 for every 2 cylinders), and will make approximately 740hp (flywheel). It'll be all wheel drive and have full steering articulation in the rear wheels. The body will be a carbon fiber monocoque and the wheels will be magnesium. It'll have dual 6-piston calipers on the front and 6 piston calipers for the rear and will have 4 differentials (one in transmission, one in front, center and middle). The seats will be calfskin leather and will be hand sewn with bone needles from the same calves.
It'll be the first car manufactured that doesn't have to meet any emissions requirements because it'll be running on a mixture of feces and propane.
Unfortunately, that's all the specs I have. If you want to know more, I suggest you Google it.

just to answer the question, no the new skyline will not have a rb motor, it will have a vq, other than that, its pretty much still all speculation. latest i heard its gonna be a vq32dett. take a vq40 block, destroke it to a 32 and add a couple turbos. weeeeee

Go to the Tokyo Auto Show and find out for yourself. That's the first time the final car with the real specs will be released. Everything you here now is pure speculation. MrMeph is as accurate as anyone else.

Also, you are talking about the 2007 GTR. I have been in an R35 Skyline Limited Leather Edition. The GTR is a totally different beast. It's only going to be called the GTR not Skyline or G35.

Is the whole engine still in speculation? so is it gonna be the V6 or damn V8? From what nissan has been leaking, were hearing ferrari killer here so ~400hp ish.

Nissan was testing the engine for the new skyline in a modified 06 skyline with a wide body kit. They were using a VQ35DETT. Not entirely sure what they did to the engine but theyre estimating 450hp. Cant remember where i saw the pics though =\

I read that it will be 500hp in one of the auto mags(Motortrend or Car and Driver).
