Ok so I finally decided on the next set of upgrades for my SR20.

Dyno (http://66.135.34.232/martin.jpg)
DC Mani (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v191/element240/turbomani.jpg)

I currently put down 350rwhp at 18 PSI and 295lbs of torque.

Here is my current setup:
155 Compression across the board
S13 Blacktop SR20DET
GReddy Intake Mani
GT3071R .86 Turbo @ 18psi (internal gate)
3" Turbo Back Exhaust
GReddy IC Pipes
31x3x11 FMIC
UR Crank Pulley
HKS 264 Step 1 Cams
R1 Cheapie Air Filter
650cc Injectors
Z32 MAF
XAT Racing ROM Tune by Martin @ XAT
Stock Turbo Mani

Now here are the upgrades that I am installing in 2 weeks before my retune.

Comp Valve Springs
HKS Step 2 264 Cams
DC Sports Turbo Manifold (great quality and nice fat long runners)
Greddy Airlinx
HKS Cam Sprockets
Tial 38mm Wastegate
180SX VLSD 4.4 Gear Ratio

What does everyone predict? 400rwhp? More?

My power band flattens out for the most part due to the engine needing more air. That was the goal of the next set of upgrades more air and faster spool.

I would go for gnarlier cams than that even and if you are looking to get rid of your old ones I would definitely like to grab em off of you. Help a local dude out =)
I can see 50whp coming off of a manifold, gnarlier cams, and a bit more boost though. The gt3071r is a t2 flange?? Think you could the chart ?

I just fixed the chart link so it should work.

I am selling my Step 1 Cams for sure so you can PM me an offer.

According to XAT and others the 264 Step 2 with the 11.5mm lift is good for the 400hp range without cutting into the midrange power and spool time too much. I was looking at the 272's but I was advised against it.

Us FL tuners got to stick together.

You should see the faces of these Redneck F**kers in Cape Coral when I blast past them in their V8. :D

Youre right about that.

I should be in there at XAT soon for my next batch of goodies.

Im in the same predicament. Im shooting for 400hp to the wheels but i know its not gonna happen. You honestly have a better shot at it than I do since im running a GT2871R. Only thing i got over you is a full race head. I havent dynoed it so im clueless at this point, im running Enthalphy but yet to put in my HKS step2 272s. I gotta find a more competent shop to tune it since im scared shietless of them blowing my engine cuz they dont know wut to set my cam angle and timing at. Im actually thinking of getting rid of the turbo and getting a GT2540, this might be close to what i want as far as HP.

gt2871r's with a .86 are completly capable of hitting 400whp. You just have to make sure to set it up right and it gets awfully pricey. What do you mean find a shop to tune it right though? You allready said who! Enthalpy man, he is frickin dialed and tottally capable of doing everything you want.

The dyno there looks pretty nice, I'm kind of sketch on the descripences in the hp curve. A little bit bumpy ya know? Still looks like it would be a frickin blast to drive right now. Those numbers are all on pump gas as well arent they? Thats one thing I really like =)

would like to see what you get with the 3071r. would like to see what you get with a full-race manifold.

Yeah, pump gas all the way, daily driver.

Can you guys think of anything I am missing as far as power making parts?

Crank the boost up :D A 3071R doesn't start pushing out a lot of power until 20-22psi.

It's totaly possible. You just need to get some Race gas and crank up the boost.

The GT2540 is shit. GT40 compressor on a T25 turbine. Talk about lag...

Wondering how you're doing with the new upgrades? Hit that 400whp mark yet?

I say step teh cams up past teh HKS's and go with JWT C1's :) and deff need T3 turbine housing with extrenal gate. Enthalpy has teh same basic setup and hes making 350whp.......at 13psi.....big differnce.
