sr runs without maf pluged in, dies when connected

just swap a z32 maf. it is wired correct. and my computer is tuned for it. It idles fine with it disconected, but dies when i connect it. anyone know whats going on?

It sounds like your MAF is broken.

Its the maf sensor. what happens is when u pull a sensor the computer relies on another sensor to control fuel and idle etc. so when u plug it back in it is now using the maf and it cause the car to run funny. So the maf sensor bad.
