hate to start a thread like this with a negative, but i posted it in the driftfactory section by mistake. rather than wait for someone to make a TF thread i just started one.

i had a very bad experience with Tougefactory,

i was one of the unlucky persons who bought their 'adjustable spacers'

basically they were spacer plates with some grade 3 bolts instead studs.

needless to say the 'bolts' (not studs) all but fell apart while i was on the highway and nearly killed myself and 2 passengers.

the rounded lugs that held the spacer to the hub were softer than human flesh and i had to replace them almost immediately.

i ended up getting real grade 8 hardware for the bolts and studs and it sorta worked.

i complained to TF and they admitted that some people had had similar issues but they refused to stand by their product.

the whole incident was well documented with pictures of the bolts they provided that literally melted away. the lug dragged right across the threads and left it the bolt bare.

i told them that i had to replace the provided hardware with grade 8 stuff and they said that in order for me to get a refund i had to send them all the spacers and plates along with the hardware that I UPGRADED TOO....

i told them i couldnt because i couldnt take the things off until i got new spacers because my wheels wouldnt clear my brakes.

in the end i just said forget it and the spacers are still sitting in my garage.

BOOO TOUGE FACTORY....

they seemed cool, i like their site and $hit and they might have benefitted from the $40,000 + i have spent on 240sx gear this year but i refuse to spend my money with persons who dont stand by their shit. instead i buy from the places that have issued me refunds on defective parts.

i myself have issued many refunds, even on used stuff without this kind of danger involved.

Rob from Touge Factory is very very helpful. I had two different problems on my stance gr+ fronts and rears. And I felt so bad to call him twice to tell him my problem because I felt like it is very troublesome for him. But actually, he was very glad to help. Touge Factory ++++++++

yeah, I like the customer service of stance, but I heard their coils is having problem with noise/clunk camber plate. have they fix it yet? I'm about to buy it but scared.

First off I want to say I have never dealt with either company until today, I didn't even know they were local to me until this morning.

I am in the middle of a pretty major build right now and was in need of a few parts. I found Origin's website and inquired about a set of S14.5 fenders. The people at Origin got back to me within a few minutes of pm'ing and gave me a price I could work with and offered me the chance to come pick up rather then ship since I'm local. I must have asked these guys 1000 questions all answered within a few minutes and without any attitude or rush. After further questioning I asked about the availability of a S15 radiator support. They said they could get it and gave me a hell of a price. I agreed right away and they went to work on securing it from Nissan in CA.

I went up to Origin to pick up the fenders at around 1pm today. Not knowing that Stance, Touge Factory, Origin and all these other companies were under the same flag. When I walked in I was greeted by one of the sales staff who promptly asked if I needed assistance. Sort of blown away by how nice their show room was I stuttered and then said I was there to pick up the fenders I pm'ed them about. After only a few minutes to setup my account they had me on my way product in hand. Within 2 hours I had a phone call from Touge Factory letting me know that Nissan had the radiator support in stock and that it was $50 less out the door then they quoted me only hours earlier! Note I already agreed on a higher price! This speaks volumes about this organization and I just wanted to let everyone know.

Now that all being said I haven't mounted my fenders yet being I got them 4 hours ago but I hear great things about the quality of parts from them so I assume the rest of my transaction will go smoothly. My radiator support is on the way and I will deff be using these guys again.

Highly recommend them! They took care of me on a HJC helmet. They had it shipped same day, with a blue visor, helmet case and even made a visor trim with my forum name. Very satisfied!

Went to TF the other day for a NRG QR and Hub.
I asked them if they priced matched because a certain website had the same shit listed for about $50 cheaper.
didnt realize i was looking at the V2 QR on the other site and the V2.5 on TF.

even after all that, they not only matched the price, they went lower.

Touge Factory FTW. Picked up my RSR ex-mag from them at a great price, not to mention that I had trouble sourcing a brand new one to begin with. They were patient with my order, as I originally had to defer due to other engine problems. i've been pretty loyal and only purchased from enjuku...however over black friday i had a shit ton to order and went were the prices were best. i put together a pretty large order and scott got back to me promptly and even extended the black friday pricing till i was ready to place the order. they fucked up and 1 of 4 wheels was the wrong finish. before i could "oh shit" a return ship was in the mailbox waiting for me WITH the right wheel. awesome guys and i will now utilize them with enjuku. thanks scott!

Touge Factory Works is FANTASTIC. Car went it to complete my KA-T setup, and while it was there I was so satisfied with their work, that I had them do more! Im not the type of person to be sending my car off to shops, since I would rather do the work myself, but TFWorks has definitely impressed me. Work done - KA-T setup, Aero, O-ringed Head, and more...

My S14 will be going back there in the spring time for some ducting work, cornerbalance and racealignment.
