This 89' S13 has a basic SR20DET swap done by me. Perfect as a base for a project car. The chassis is extremely clean. I am asking $6500. I will take offers on the car. I must sell her ASAP.

just to let u know the thermostat has nothing to do with the idle problem u have.
did u recirculate the bov? cause that will happen if u dont recirculate

The BOV is recirculated. The vacuum lines are all new. I've had it tested by a mechanic who has worked on many SR20's. It is not the BOV either. The thermostat controls the idle via the ecu while the car is warming up, hence the idle being normal when cold. Once warmed up, however, the problem occurs.

FYI, I have dropped the price on the car.

I forgot to mention this but the car will come with an extra SR20DET transmission with cut driveshaft. Also, the car is equipped with all needed power steering components including pulley, lines, pump, and belt. It is not currently hooked up. The pump may need to be replaced as there is some shaft play.

ok i guess that can be logical. thing is i had taken my thermostat b4... and i dont have any idle problems with the thermostat taken out on my previous sr20
