97 240sx 5spd FOR SALE $7500 OBO (PICS)

Looking to sell my manual Pearl White S14 non-SE. Has 106k on it, and runs great!
Had compression test, and dyno done at XAT racing, and motor is very strong.
Some upgrades are:
PERFORMANCE:
Injen Cold Air Intake
NGK plugs and wires
ACT clutch
5Zigen fireball catback exhaust
New brakes pads & rotors installed 100 miles ago
Energy T/C rod bushings installed 1000 miles ago
LOOKS:
Stock front chin spoiler (needs repaint)
Rear GReddy valances
Stock side skirts
Stock spoiler
Tinted windows
Short antenna
18 Racing hart C2 rims, Toyo tires have 85-90% tread left
Eibach sportline springs
Tokico front struts (may need replacing soon)
240sx floormats (driver side has a little wear, rest are perfect)
Carbon fiber momo shift knob, bag needs replacing
INTERIOR/EXTERIOR
Interior is non-leather seats, no sunroof. Armor-all protected interior, and is in EXCELLENT condition except for common radio trim cracked. Polk audio rear panel speakers, and Pioneer cd player.
Some damage on exterior include : small rock chip out of driver side headlight (not fogged over at all)
some paint cracking on front bumper from old lady bumping into me.
Also, transmission is at about 65%.....I was quoted by XAT to get a replacement for about $400.
This car also had rear quarter panel replaced when a girl rear ended me. It was done by Superior Auto Body, a HIGH END car shop, that mostly deals with Porsches, and Ferraris. I sh*t you not. The frame is not bent at all, this happened over 3 years ago.
