what is the negative impact after installing it on an automatic? will i lose power? or will i gain power in high end? a friend of mine is offering me a good price for it since he's goin for sr swap. i am goin for a five speed but i want to get this cheap offer and use it for now. :-/

You might notice a slight bit of increase on the top end. If you don't have any other mods then the only thing really noticable is a bit more noise. If you have intake and exhaust it will be louder for sure but will be more noticable after 3000rpm.
Take note that the Hotshot header will cause you to lose the stock catalytic converter on a S14. The cat under the car is a fake, the real one is right against the firewall connected directly to the manifold. Greddy does not affect the cat.

what? when I cut off the exhaust my s14, (b/c of a shattered cat) the cat under the car appeared to be real.
my exhaust was also full of the matrix from the cat, :( :(

The wording here is wrong. Nothing is 'fake'. Some of the earlier model S14s used leftover chambered resonators before Nissan started producing completely hollow units, but the catalytic converter is located in the downpipe. The resonators in question have filters but do not use the honeycomb material to absorb noxious gases.
I can't believe there are still people on Earth who don't know this, it's been discussed more than seat fitment.
