So Ive got launchcast from yahoo going at work, and I have to say it sucks pretty bad. Ive created my own station but they continuously play crap I dont want to listen to, also I have it set for no explicit lyrics, but alas I still get plenty. What sites do you guys use for work?

Shoutcast is a PLAGUE!
by default, shoutcast turns your workstation into a rebroadcasting station, kinda like P2P for live music. Shoutcast took down our whole university for a few hrs a year or 2 back. Bandwidth destroyer. It'll also violate your mom when you're not looking! stay away!

Word...the radio stations built into the iTunes player are pretty good.
