90-91 conversion

Looks as if this hasnt been covered and im trying to find the answer. Im trying to figure out if a 91+ front bumber fits perfectly on my 90 hatch or do i need fenders/headlights/hood aswell. Any help would be appreciated.

You need the front fender valences, if you want it to look right, other than that, you don't need anything.
