now I see why pain killers and alchahol don't mix. I would have sworn it was 10 last night, but good call on the correction

YES Number 10!!!! rediculous. u wouldnt believe it. I bought a house not even built yet and the mother f****r's value went up 60k in the last 2 months. its like stupid. IM gonna end up selling the house just to buy another house.
Hint to all, if u buy houses in mid income areas, make sure its in the process of beeing built, cuz if it is, boom, roll in the bank. i bought my house 2 months ago before it was built, now its done and its worth 420,000 i bought it for 360,000 and value is still goin UP!!! best way to score an easy 60k in a few months. :coold:

Not necessearily. These are markts were homes go for more money because they may be a better area for example. 28 Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, WI. I'm looking at buying a home right now in Waukesha, but West Allis is grabage. Yes I may pay a lil more, but it's an area of the city that will NEVER get bad or go down hill. There are super expensive homes in this area and because of that when I buy home there and then live in it a few years and then build a new home I'll be able to make a nice profit on it. Homes in this area are depressiating at 11%/year right now. :rawk:

25 San Francisco-San Mateo-Redwood City, CA
26 Oakland-Fremont-Hayward, CA
27 San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, CA
how fun, the whole bay area gets to sit next to each other on the list.
