i am selling a complete turbo kit for the Ka24de 240sx engine. It comes with the following parts. The kit is barely used. (less than 500 miles) SpeedyDreamz sold me the kit back in the days. I was going to turbo my KA but instead I decide to sell the car and quit the project. This kit value easily over 3000+ and it is also test fitted, dynoed. Asking 2500 Or Best Offer
This is an upgraded boostdesign kit. This turbo kit was ordered before BoostDesign gone bad, everything is good and you cannot get this kind quality BD kit at this price again
-Boost designs newer manifold design (stronger brackets on turbo flange to manifold flange)
-Super 60 T3 Turbo (for fast spool up, perfect for drift or street racer)
-top feed fuel rail
-RC Engineering 52lb injectors
-RC Engineering clips for injectors
-Aeroquip fuel feed and return lines and fittings
-Fuel pressure regulator
-Flow bench designed and tested tubular stainless steel manifold
-3" flowbench tested downpipe w/ o2 sensor bung installed*
-38mm External Trial Wastegate
-2.25" Stainless Steel Intercooler Charge Pipes (Short Routed for fast spool and better response)
-Custom built intercooler w/ extruded Garrett Core 24" X 6" x upgraded 3.5" from 2.75
-welded on Greddy Type S BOV
-Stainless Oil Feed, Return, fittings
-Prewelded oil pan bung with oil pan (means you don't have to weld one)
-Maf Adapter
-All Silicone Boots
*'ve welded a bung for an o2 sensor or wideband o2 (an additional one) into a custom made downpipe. The boost designs turbo kit includes a turbo outlet more like, but it doesn't go all the way down to your stock cat/testpipe (this one does)
**TUNED GREDDY E-MANAGE , The new boost design kits do not come with e-manage, this does so you can re-tune your setup if neccesary. This setup is already dyno tuned for 7psi, a atmospheric bov, 550 injectors, current turbo.
